  • Aubergine Faeries are more than a dance company, they are a dance experience. The Aubergine Faeries combine historical dance with that of magical realms, taking the audience on interactive journeys of love, monsters, shrubbery, danger, excitement, and awe.  Meticulous costuming helps create and maintain their otherworldly scenes.  Whether choreographed pieces or live-music inspired improvisational storytelling, Aubergine Faeries captivate the hearts and souls of everyone within their magical sphere.

The Aubergine Faeries bring delight wherever they go.  Friendly and approachable, creative and beautiful, they add sparkle, always!  They have performed in New York, Maryland, Pennsylvania and Avalon Fairy Festivals. Disguised as magnificent belly dancers, they have entertained at galas, private parties, restaurants, the Smithsonian and even on television.  More medieval faerie costuming is available.

In 2014, Aubergine performed at the Festival of Legends in NC, Spoutwood May Day Fairie Festival in PA, the Maryland Faerie Festival, Avalon Faerie Festival in WV, New York Faerie Festival, FaerieCon-- do you sense a pattern here?

IWe have story dance theater: "The Last of the Entwives" and "Oh, the Places We'll Go!", The Ugly Goblin" and "home for a Phoenix"

Catch us at a festival, or we can travel to you!  Reduced rates for senior centers. We have dances from across the Middle East, the lands of the Djinn, Peri and Deniz kızı, (Genies, Fairies and Mermaids), as well as completely original dances from the fairylands within our own hearts.

Aubergine Fairies are available to act, dance, and provide magical excitement at birthdays, parties, festivals, and school events.
